The Pearl Care Homes
Our Home
The Pearl at Sanesota is a small adult foster home in southeast Salem. Residents have their own bedrooms, with shared spaces for meals, conversation, and everyday life.
Your room should reflect your preferences. You are welcome to bring photographs, keepsakes, and personal furnishings. If you have a favorite chair or a larger piece of furniture, we can discuss it before the move so there is enough room to use it comfortably and move around safely.
You can spend time with others or enjoy the privacy of your room. During a visit, take time to look at both. Think about where you would like to sit, which belongings you would bring, and what would help the space feel familiar.

Getting started
Begin with a conversation.
How admissions works- 01
Tell us what you need
Call or send a short inquiry about care, timing, and the questions you want answered.
- 02
Talk with us
We aim to respond within 12 hours. Together, we discuss whether the home could meet your needs.
- 03
Arrange a closer look
If you want to continue, we explain visits, private screening, and costs.
- 04
Decide when you are ready
You will have the care details and written terms before making a decision.
For care professionals
Checking an option for a client?
We welcome inquiries from case managers, discharge planners, and other care professionals. Share your timing and general questions. We will arrange a private way to review records if the referral moves forward.
Discuss a referralCurrent availability
A private bed is currently available.
Talk with us about your timing and the support you are looking for.
An inquiry does not reserve the bed or guarantee admission. Before a decision, we complete a private assessment and confirm that we can safely meet the person's needs.
