You deserve respect from the first conversation.
Everyone who contacts The Pearl deserves courteous and respectful treatment. We welcome people of different backgrounds, beliefs, and identities, and we respect the relationships that are important to them.

Respect in everyday care
Who you are matters in how we care for you.
In everyday care, that includes using the name and pronouns you ask us to use, respecting your privacy, and listening when you tell us what helps you communicate or feel comfortable. Admission decisions consider the care you need and whether the home can safely provide it.
Taking part
Tell us what would help you communicate.
If you need help communicating or another way to contact us, call or email. We will discuss your needs and what can be arranged.
Access and communication helpRaising a concern
Tell us if you have been treated unfairly.
If you believe you have been treated unfairly, you can speak with the home or seek independent help. You do not need our permission to contact an advocate, and raising a concern must not result in retaliation.
